Dustin Sheppard, CPA, MBA
Dustin, a.k.a the SALT man, is a supervisor in our Tax Department. He keeps his eye on State and Local Tax (SALT) issues and trends. Dustin holds an MBA and bachelors degree in accounting from Baldwin-Wallace College.
Kathy Adkins,CPA, MT
Kathy started with BCG&Co. as an intern in 2008 and officially joined the tax team as a tax associate in January of 2009. She is a graduate of Kent State University where she received a degree in accounting with a minor in managment and  recently received her Masters of Taxation from The University of Akron.
Dow Wolfe, CPA
Dow is a senior manager in BCG&Co.’s tax department who has extensive experience in tax planning and review services. As head of the tax blog team he keeps an eye on what tax changes will impact individuals and businesses. He is a graduate from John Carroll University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and accounting.
Tim Stiller, CPA, MT
Tim is a tax associate in our tax department. He earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Miami University and a Masters of Taxation from The University of Akron. Tim interned with BCG&Co. in 2009 and joined the tax department full-time in January 2010.
Julie Hall, CPA, MT
Julie is a manager in our tax department. She is a real estate tax specialist, with a strong background in tax consulting for multi-state organizations. She has a B.S. degree in accounting from Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio and her Masters of Taxation from The University of Akron.
Nikki Repie
Nikki is a paraprofessional in the tax department. She came to BCG&Co. in 2009 with 14 years of accounting experience. She is primarily responsible for tax preparation and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Accounting degree at Tri-C and Cleveland State University.
Chris Martin
Chris is a Tax Associate for the Tax Department. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania, and has four years of CPA firm experience.
