As a co-founder of BCG & Company over 28 years ago, Jim is adept at providing high-level client advisory services. Jim served the firm as managing partner for the first 22 years. He worked hard at putting the right people in place and developing a strong team. He also led the firm's Construction and Real Estate practice. Jim is now retired, advising clients on a limited basis.
Having practiced with regional and national accounting firms, Jim has a strong client service background in financial operations, with an emphasis on profitability improvement and organizational development.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a post-graduate concentration in accounting from Bowling Green State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Jim's specializations include business and industry consulting, financial statements and projections, cash flow and financing, tax planning, ESOPs, succession planning and business valuations.

Where is Jim now?
Spends time in Florida with his wife playing tennis and golf.
Also lives in Medina where he comes back to visit friends and of course play golf.
