Nonprofit Practice Leader
In one word, Pam describes BCG&Co. as... "Balanced."
Pam is a 30-year accounting professional and leads the firm’s nonprofit industry practice group. As a firm partner and director of the assurance services group, Pam is responsible for managing the assurances services staff and overseeing client audits and engagement activities. She has been servicing and advising BCG&Co. clients for over 16 years. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Findlay.
Pam is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and spent several years gaining practical and skillful accounting and business management experience within the accounting industry previous to joining BCG&Co.
Pam demonstrates superior client service and leadership in the nonprofit practice area. She is an expert servicing the needs of nonprofit clients in the areas of audit, tax and financial services.
As the leader of the firm’s nonprofit industry practice groups, Pam has published several articles on the BCG&Co. Nonprofit Leaders forum/blog.

Pam received the Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio 2016 Women of Distinction award. She serves on the Executive Committee and Finance Committee for the Board of Directors of Child Guidance & Family Solutions; Heart Ball Executive Leadership Team; Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team; and the Steering Committee for Taste of the NFL and its Fight Against Hunger campaign.

Pam resides in Stow with her husband, Ron, and three children.
She grew up in … Lakeside, Ohio.
